What’s on your mind, Bleeding Heartland readers? I hope you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday and will have time to relax this weekend.
For those who cooked a big meal yesterday, here are four ways to make soup from Thanksgiving leftovers (two using leftovers from roasting a turkey, one using sweet potatoes, and one using mashed potatoes). You can mix extra cranberry sauce with diced apples to make a pie.

Races
I know we’re all quite burnt out on the election horse races, but I hope that the Democrats do find credible people to run in South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee in case Graham, Chambliss and Alexander end up going down to defeat in a primary.

agree 100 percent
Chambliss will have a big target on his back for not ruling out tax rate increases, and Graham for being open to immigration reform. Kerrey fell short in Nebraska, but if a Democrat can win a Senate race in Indiana, the right Democrat would have a shot against a whackjob Republican in the states you mentioned.
Chambliss ran one of the most despicable campaigns ever against Max Cleland, so I would be fine with wingnuts running him out in a primary.

speaking of Chambliss
The editor of the RedState blog may challenge him in the primary.

never mind
Erick Erickson backed off already.
But some wingnut will take on this challenge.
