I kept thinking of his bankruptcy bill vote while Biden gave great foreign policy points all night (and I mean all night – man, that guy can talk!)
There was one last question at the Story County Soup Supper when he was asked about public policies and the poor, and Biden did really well with that, suggesting that we need to support the middle class, because only the middle class will look out for the poor. But then his bankruptcy bill vote negated that answer.
I think he lost a lot of Democrats with his bankruptcy bill vote and his blatant support of the finance industry.
